I started dreading coming to work by how stressful and uncomfortable the workspace became. I did my best to stay long term because I really liked the job itself, but with it lacking structure, I had no choice but to leave. It felt like certain lead workers became upset with the idea of my suggesting ideas for improvement like they took offense to it or something. When I tried intervening by offering helpful ideas to better function for the overall workspace to make it more comfortable and organized, it was mostly shut down or labeled 'inconvenient'.
Although I appreciate how communicative and supportive management was, the structure of how they functioned was far from improvement.
